Choose your Challenge!
*SAVE THE DATE FOR 2009: September 11-13*

Imagine a weekend where all you have to do is ride your bike. Your food, lodging, luggage and equipment are taken care of. You're free to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and the fabulous company...and the best part? It's for a great cause! Plan your September weekend in the White Mountains now!

The Three Notch Century will challenge cyclists to conquer 100 miles in one, two or three days. Handcyclists and bicyclists can choose the number of days that matches their ability level and desired challenge. The routes are the same…taking participants on a challenging and scenic ride through the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

*Three and two day riders will start at The Kanc Motor Lodge in Lincoln, NH and will ride through Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch and up and over the Kancamagus Highway.

NEW FOR 2009!!
*One day riders will start at the North Conway Grand Hotel in North Conway and will ride up and over the Kanc., through Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch and back to North Conway. There are several reasons for this change - Most importantly, for our riders, it means a Saturday start and the convenience of staying at a great hotel. This does mean the route will be altered from last year (you'll get the Kanc. out of the way first), but we hope the conveniences far out-weigh the early morning uphill climb!

All three groups will meet for dinner (includes appetizers, dinner, prizes, etc) at the North Conway Grand Hotel on Saturday night.

Come join the fun and participate in a unique and beautiful 100 mile challenge!

Northeast Passage delivers disability-related health promotion and adapted sports programs throughout New England. Northeast Passage is a program of the University of New Hampshire’s College of Health and Human Services is an affiliate of Disabled Sports USA. All proceeds from the Three Notch Century directly benefit the participants of Northeast Passage's adapted sports programs.

Please Note: Due to the size and nature of this event, we cannot provide transportation or drive participant's vehicles at any point during the weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate participants who wish to sign up for part of the event (or make changes to the itinerary). We require that all participants stay with the group for the duration of the event. We encourage you to commit to, and prepare for, one of the options offered. We appreciate your understanding.
